Customizability: Unlike most other fabrication methods such as injection molding, the design of a 3D print can be changed on the fly at any time to adhere to any required specifications, and be ready to print again immediately.
On-Demand Production: Products can be produced as they are needed, resulting in a smooth production process without much excess stock.
Reduce waste: Many materials used in 3D printing are recyclable, reusable and some are biodegradable. 3D printing produces far less waste than CNC machining processes or injection molding.

Our Services
We design and produce high quality plastic 3D prints, catering to assorted use cases and markets. One of our main niches is reverse engineering of parts that are failing or have failed.
In this process we will strengthen and optimize the part for 3D printing, as injection molded parts are often thin-walled due to the limitations of the process. 3D printing does not have the same limitation, and thus parts can be thicker without concerns of the parts deforming.
We accept 3D models (.stl, .step or .3mf preferred) as well as 3D design commissions for custom parts. We currently have four material options available: PLA, TPU, ASA and PETG. Consult with us to find out which material will best suit your needs.
We are able to produce non-OEM spares and replacements of clips, covers, brackets, mounts, spacers, grommets and more for assorted vehicles, tools and machinery.
Our services are ideal for recreating replacement parts that are no longer in production, parts that are only available overseas, or for designing unique parts that solve your specific problem.You can view past projects in our gallery.
Please note that we do not produce any safety-critical parts. Our prints are intended for use only in the replacement, repair or production of non-critical parts of equipment that do not pose a risk of equipment failure or user injury. We do not bear any responsibility for misuse of our parts by the end user.
